Website features
Main-site pages use semantic headings, navigation, a skip link, visible focus, text labels, and responsive layouts. Meaningful images have text alternatives. The Topics menu and mobile navigation use native buttons and expanded-state attributes; Escape closes open menus. Article filters expose their selected state.
Motion and sponsored content
Reduced-motion settings limit CSS animations and transitions. The sponsored page’s local drink preview is an automatically looping animated image and currently has no on-page pause control; that image may continue to animate even when reduced motion is enabled. This is a known accessibility limitation. The video destination is also reachable through a separate text button.
External resources and limitations
Main-site fonts and decorative icons load from Google Fonts and cdnjs. If they are blocked, system fonts and written labels remain available, while some icons may not appear. Partner websites and their video players have separate accessibility features and limitations. The site does not claim a completed conformance audit or compatibility with every assistive-technology configuration.
